Core Component Analysis: Maglev MVR Steam Compressor

As the “heart” of the vapor compression distiller, the steam compressor adopts a centrifugal high-speed direct-drive design and integrates advanced maglev direct-drive technology, realizing a leap in operation efficiency and environmental performance. Its core advantage lies in the non-contact operation between the motor rotor and the magnetic bearing, with only air resistance loss. 

The aerodynamic efficiency is stably maintained above 80% under the designed working conditions. At the same time, since no lubrication system is required, it can achieve zero oil mist pollution emission, fully adapting to the clean production environment. In addition, the equipment has a compact structure, which provides great convenience for installation and later maintenance.

  • Superior Water Quality: The produced water reaches the top-level standard in the industry. The conductivity is less than 0.3μm/cm at 25℃, and the endotoxin content is strictly controlled below 0.01EU/ml, providing a reliable guarantee for high-purity water application scenarios.
  • In-depth Energy-saving Design: Equipped with a five-stage high-efficiency preheating system to maximize the recovery and utilization of waste heat from the system. Compared with multi-effect distillation technology, it has a lower evaporation temperature, which not only prolongs the service life of the equipment, but also effectively avoids the generation of red rust and reduces maintenance costs.
  • Compliant Materials and Structure: All components in contact with purified water, secondary steam and water for injection are made of high-quality 316L material, with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4μm. All preheaters adopt a double-tube sheet structure, with the inner tube sheet expanded and the outer tube sheet welded. This design fully complies with international authoritative standards such as cGPM and FDA.
  • Safe and Convenient Operation & Maintenance: The equipment is classified as a non-pressure vessel, featuring higher operation safety and simpler daily maintenance procedures. Equipped with Siemens PLC automatic control system, it supports one-key start-stop operation. Combined with a strict interlock control mechanism, it can automatically detect and warn of system abnormalities, greatly reducing the cost of manual intervention.
  • Intelligent Remote Management: Optional energy real-time monitoring module and cloud service function are available to realize remote monitoring and remote control of the equipment operation status.
